Hi Bess WG,

We have posted new version of draft. Below is the summary of proposed changes. Request your review and  provide feedback/comments, if any.
 
- Mostly editorial changes and some re-ordering of sections for better flow
- Updated references including from RFC5549 to RFC5549rev
- Clarifications on sub & sub-sub TLVs and handling of multiple SRv6 SID Information sub TLVs
- Clarifications on next-hop and SID reachability
- Updates to EVPN route type 3 for clarifications and to include local-bias
- Updated error handling with treat-as-withdraw action
