Re: [bess] WG adoption and IPR poll for draft-trr-bess-bgp-srv6-args-02

I reviewed the draft and it’s important updates to RFC 9252 to support SRV6
BGP service overlay to support SRv6 SID  ARG  field for endpoint behaviors
that require it namely with EVPN RT-1 and RT-3.

I support WG adoption.
