Subject: new BGP-4 draft

As you may notice, there is a new version of the BGP-4
Internet Draft. Here are ALL the differences between the
latest and the previous version:
1). There is a new text in the second paragraph in Section 9.2.3.1
(the new text is the second half of the paragraph).
2). There is a new text in the "Status of this Memo"
section (to reflect the latest requirements on the Internet
    Drafts).
3) The text is formatted using nroff (based on the template
    suggested in the draft-isi-rfc_nroff_macros-00.txt document).

The last item resulted in noticeable differences with respect to the size
of the document.
