 [Tony said]  hmmm, good point. BESS are in fact busy gophers and it's not hypothetical.

[Tony said]  hmmm, good point again. Within BIER itself, we can keep an informational and update it (works quite well is my experience) but in IGPs [and things like IMET/BESS] I fully agree.
