Dear All,
the new version includes only editorial updates clarifying OAM terminology.
The document has been stable and is an essential foundation for a number of
WG documents that define various BIER OAM mechanisms that conform to the
requirements listed in the document. Your comments and questions are always
welcome and greatly appreciated. AFAICS, the WG supported the publication
of this draft. The authors are ready to progressing this work, addressing
Shepherd's and AD's comments.

Regards,
Greg (on behalf of the authors)
