Everyone knows there is a meeting very soon!
The deadline for Draft submission is Oct 22.

We have received several requests for agenda time,
and there are several new proposals planned
in addition to updates of current drafts.

Please make your requests on the list, and let
us know if you will be present in Bangkok or 
participating remotely.

THURSDAY, November 8, 2018
0900-1100 (UTC+7)  Morning Session I
(which is Wednesday night  Nov 7 on the US East Coast).
