Folks,

The last call for this I-D is drawing to an end and not a lot of
input has been offered.  Ever.

The principals have demonstrated consistent effort and
patience in trying to advance this work in the absence of
commentary.

Please do your part and offer commentary as to whether
this draft has the quality to advance to RFC status.
