[Qin Wu] No, Ti, Bi is not calculated per interface, but per traffic load level.
See table 1 of  ETSI ES 203 136, Ti represents the total capacity of all interfaces of one single network device for each traffic load level, Bi represents applied weights for each traffic load level instead of each interface, the sum of B1 to B3 equal to 1, the weights vary based on equipment type and location of the equipment type, whether the network equipment has sleep mode support. With network equipment without sleep mode, B1,B2, B3 are set to 0.1,0.8,0.1.

[[Luis>]] Having being taken this formulation from ETSI document, probably is better to clearly refer to that if there are no substantial additions directly from the draft, don’t you think that? Same for the load levels reference.
Anyway, I have some concerns with the formula in the sense of what I mentioned of realistic scenarios. Taken Ti as the total *installed* capacity of all interfaces could not be representative of a real deployment scenario (I assume that the important operational figure is the consumption in normal, continuous operational state). I guess the value that this draft can provide vs the existing ETSI document is to make it closer to realistic scenarios. For instance, a normal operational situation will never consider two upstream interfaces being loaded at 100%.
