	On a separate note, please join me in welcoming Giuseppe Fioccola as my co-chair. Giuseppe joined BMWG in 2014, reviewing many drafts, writing his own, ultimately having his first BMWG draft published in 2021. He’s graciously accepted the co-chair post, and I’m excited to have him helping out. If you have any questions, please let me know, and help me in welcoming Giuseppe!
