Thanks Robert. I have made the relevant changes in the source files, I will upload a new draft as soon as submissions are allowed again (we're in the lockout period before Brisbane now). Alternatively, this edit can be made by the RFC editor during the editorial process; I don't think we need to hold up progressing the document on publishing a draft with these changes.
