Hi, The document seems to me in pretty good shape. section 3.4 s/1. It explicitly is listed/ 1. It is explicitly listed/ ? Perhaps I have not dedicated sufficient time to analyze the conditions, but I believe that offering some justification for the three conditions could be beneficial. As a non-expert, I am curious about the statement "no properties are listed..." and I also question how condition three is independent from conditions one and two. I wonder if it would be possible to include some clarification either in the text or simply for me on the mailing list - if this confusion is unique to me ;-). To finalize the shepherd, coauthors, please indicate whether you are aware of any IPR and confirm your willingness to co-author the document. 12. Have reasonable efforts been made to remind all authors of the intellectual property rights (IPR) disclosure obligations described in [BCP 79][7]? To the best of your knowledge, have all required disclosures been filed? If not, explain why. If yes, summarize any relevant discussion, including links to publicly-available messages when applicable. 13. Has each author, editor, and contributor shown their willingness to be listed as such? If the total number of authors and editors on the front page is greater than five, please provide a justification.
