Hi,

I think we can now consider comments received during the WG LC have reached
a consensus. All unicode feed backs, the various expressions of addresses
have been considered. There has been a discussion on whether URI/IRI should
be picked, and the consensus is to pick the URI. As far as I understand the
document is now ready to move forward.
