Hi Daniel,

regarding 4):

* we have implemented draft-ietf-calext-jscontact and
draft-ietf-calext-jscontact-vcard in a new library used in
https://github.com/audriga/roundcube-jmap . We are currently using that
version in production at audriga. We did not implement the most current
version of the spec though and have yet to publish our changes on GitHub.

* we also have plans to use said library in
https://github.com/audriga/nextcloud-jmap/ .

Regards,

Joris
