The document linked below is pretty mature now, and should be ready for WGLC.
In Wednesday’s interim, I’ll propose to WGLC this in parallel with draft-ietf-cbor-edn-literals, as both documents have non-trivial amounts of ABNF, and it probably helps to look at them in a comparative way.
