Most of the open issues are addressed; I hope that we can use the remaining days until we all fly off to Bangkok to address the rest and prepare -05.

Please excuse some clumsiness in the wording; my esteemed co-author hasn’t had sufficient time to fix my German-inspired prose.
Editorial input (preferably directly to the authors) is as welcome as is technical input.
