I do not think this is a good idea. Mozilla used to have these:

including in the "XUL.fasl" format (like Lisp fastload). They worked, but
were ultimately removed. You can find it here, too:

In my experience, what ends up happening is that it's actually much easier
to deal with an adjacency list or something similar. That is easily
representable in CBOR. All of those so-called "NoSQL" databases are often
just the base of a graph database. This is the one I know best:

They do have a real use case, where one would need nested SQL queries
otherwise, but I do not think they need to be in the data format.
