Re: [Cbor] I-D Action: draft-ietf-cbor-cddl-more-control-03.txt

Mikolai had some suggestions on how to make some of the examples more self-contained and thus easier to use.
No technical changes.

As with the previous revision, I believe this draft is ready for WGLC at this time.
