Hello group,

there has been one more[1] late change to 8610-grammar: Resulting from
the diagnostics-and-JSON discussion[2], it is picking up support for
escaped Unicdoe that is not using surrogate sequences (which was a
property inherited from JavaScript's UTF-16 mindeset, even though CDDL
does not use UTF-16).

While I think that the change is not problematic, it is one more
extension, and thus run by the WG again to confirm the earlier WGLCs.

If no objections are raised until 2024-02-29, this will proceed to the
IESG.

Best regards
Christian
