Status Update
1) Most (if not all) issues on the signaling drafts addressed
	Base signaling: Lou sent mail yesterday

		draft-ietf-mpls-generalized-crldp-05.txt
	SONET-SDH signaling:	label issue resolved
				group signals resolved

    Chairs' reading: we have rough consensus for IETF Last Call
    If you think there are issues that have been raised and not
    addressed, please send email to the list stating *specific*
    issue and date first raised by Tuesday Dec 18th and the
    editors will reply with their resolution.

2) Architecture document will catch up, then we'll seek consensus
    for a WG Last Call.

3) LMP Last Call done.
4) Discussions with ITU representatives; outcome: IETF will work
    on LMP-WDM for pre-OTN networks.  ITU-T will work on VBI
    architecture for OTN, at which point LMP *may* be used for OTN.

5) Routing documents lagging.  Will seek consensus for WG Last
    Call by year end.
6) MIBs under way.

7) Protection restoration work starts now
8) Single carrier, multi-area work starts now.  Multiple carrier/domain
    out of scope.
9) May form design teams for the above two tasks.
