Were you wondering how to get the new boiler plate text right in your draft
submissions?

You may find it easiest to crib from an existing draft by stealing the top
and tail.

I think you will find it right in

http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-pce-path-key-04.txt

Cheers,
Adrian
