Intermediate releases help the reviewers spread the work equally between the meetings instead of concentrating all of it in the 2 weeks before the upcoming one.

I'll do my review as preparation for last call.

We submitted the new draft version with most of comments from Julien addressed.

We still have to work on section 4.2 and refine section 4.1 and 5, Nevertheless, We posted the draft as is today to get further comments from the mailing list and Post a final document version ready for the last call.
