HI All,

Congratulations to the authors and all who worked on RFC9246! It took
exactly 8 years (6/15/14-6/14/22) and there were a lot of bumps along the
way, but I'm proud of all the work that went into completing this
document. No one expected it would take as much effort as it did, but I
thank and commend all those who worked on the draft - especially Phil who
had the arduous task of pushing it over the finish line! Great Job!
