Hi All,

  As we discussed in the session at IETF 114, we would like to move forward
with the formal call for adoption on the capacity advertisement draft
(draft-ryan-cdni-capacity-insights-extensions).  This is the official call
for adoption.  There were no objections in the room at IETF 114, and
previously Pankaj, Guillaume, and Alfonso expressed support on the list.
If you have thoughts or opinions, in favor or against, please comment on
this thread
