Hi Ben - I have reviewed the document and overall it looks good to me. I
just have a few minor nits:


   1. Sec 1.3: "... to a telemetry source, of near real time metrics,...".
   May be comma after source not required? Add a hyphen between "real time
   2. Sec 1.3: "a unambiguous: -> "an unambiguous"
   3. Sec 1.2:  statement a bit awkward to read "The TTL of the response
   will be provided by the transport mechanism for the response, i.e., an HTTP
   Cache-Control header"
   4. Sec 2: "Below we define two additional Capability Objects." ->
   "Below, we define two additional Capability Objects.
   5. Sec 2 "then the mandatory-to-specify property MUST also be included".
   -> "then the mandatory-to-specify property MUST be included"
   6. Sec 2.1: "as near real time aggregated metrics of dCDN utilization"
   -> use hyphen for "real-time" (also sec 2.2)
   7. Sec 2.1: " both itself and the uCDN reference provides a
   non-ambiguous metric to use" instead of "provides" consider alternate
   choice of word, perhaps, "makes this a"?
   8. Sec 2.1.1.1: "The intention of this type registry is" perhaps "type
   of registry..."
   9. Sec 2.2.2: "This value SHOULD be less than the value of maximum-soft
   if maximum-hard." Is this text intended this way (as defined in the
   description of  maximum-soft" property
