Hi everyone,

I merged https://github.com/ietf-wg-cellar/matroska-specification/pull/795 with a slight change. Now that the IANA registry has been updated, we no longer need to require changes to that registry, so I removed the text.

I would upload draft 17, but submissions are blocked until the 22nd. So I’ll wait…
