Hi everyone :)

I somewhat remember we've had this discussion in the past already, and I 
somehow I thought that the version (=level) that FFmpeg uses by default 
when creating FFV1 files is FFV1.3.

However, I've just encoded with current ffmpeg-git and MediaInfo says 
it's FFV1.0.

I'm surprised, and wanted to bring up the discussion here again, 
suggesting to change the default to FFV1.3?
