Hi Spencer,

I think there might have been some confusion during the meeting as to what is actually holding the review.
The full list is here https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-cellar-matroska/ballot/

And for Murray we currently have a Yes. The remaining point with a DISCUSS is from John Scudder.

For the Matroska Tags, we said that the Matroska document can be used without knowing the values to put
into Matroska Tags. Hence using the reference as an informational reference rather than a normative reference. https://github.com/ietf-wg-cellar/matroska-specification/pull/762,

As for the RFC8794 errata needed, it is mentioned in v19 of the document with the added text from https://github.com/ietf-wg-cellar/matroska-specification/pull/795.

There was a lengthy response to the other parts and most of the issues were addressed with some changes that are in v19 as well.
https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/cellar/o7jcu6nA_S5X2e8wq8Tj7kf2XKA/

So I think all we need is an update of the ballot from John Scudder (and/or some more comments).

Steve
