Hi,

The workflow is coded in a Makefile:
https://github.com/ietf-wg-cellar/flac-specification/blob/master/Makefile

In short, all changes are made in markdown, with git being the version
control system. Git repository is here:
https://github.com/ietf-wg-cellar/flac-specification

This markdown file is converted to the IETF-specific XML format. The
schema is explained here: https://ietf-tools.github.io/xml2rfc/

This xml is then converted to txt, html, and pdf using the IETF
xml2rfc tool. When submitting a new draft version, the xml is
submitted and the xml to txt conversion is therefore not something
this working group has any influence on.

Kind regards, Martijn van Beurden
