Fantastic!  Basically, what's needed is that you can participate in the final
reading known as AUTH48.  You'll be actively asked if you are okay with the
text/changes.

You can put him in an Acknowledgements section, or you can list him in the
kramdown as a contributor.  If you are using kramdown, it looks just like
author: section, but says "contributor".  The contributor section turns into
more clear XML which makes it easier to track.
