Just so people know -

   - I checked with Murray, and he said he dropped the ball on talking to
   the IESG about the new normative reference in FLAC, but he has another IESG
   telechat this week, so this draft is still in AD Followup.
   - I think the three expired Matroska drafts were resubmitted on January
   27 (and thank you for that), and
   - Michael suggested a "Why CELLAR?" note in a recent e-mail to the list
   - perhaps that goes in AOB?
