If the recurring attribute is not present, then the EBML Element is not an Identically Recurring Element. Corrected Text -------------- The recurring attribute is OPTIONAL. If the recurring attribute is not set to true, then the EBML Element is not an Identically Recurring Element. Notes ----- The recurring attribute is OPTIONAL.
