Yeah, I agree. The linked PR contains some test vectors for small-order
elements, we could add those to the web-platform-tests [1] as well.
But it's possible that more test cases (and text) is needed to cover
all the cases in the original link you sent (suggestions welcome,
of course - but I'll look into it a bit more as well).
