[CFRG] Re: RGLC on draft-irtf-cfrg-aegis-aead

We implemented Aegis using a previous version of this document as a
reference. I will review the latest version, but here are my overall
comments:

The document is well-written—clear, concise, and easy to follow. We had no
trouble understanding it, and implementation was straightforward. The
inclusion of intermediate steps in the test vectors is particularly helpful.

I noticed that the current version includes a link to GitHub for
downloading the test vectors in JSON format. While this is a welcome
feature, are such links permitted in an RFC? This seems inconsistent with
the "Implementation Status" section, which is marked as "to be removed
before publishing as an RFC" and contains a link to the same repository.
