Sorry, neglected to say up top that after reflection I think that the
CFRG list makes more sense for this thread than the PQC list. I think
that the previous ipsec+spasm+pqc+tls+cfrg is overkill---I understand
that the liaison is interested in what various IETF WGs are doing, but
the proposed IETF text that I'm replying to is about security issues
that are independent of the protocols.
