Greetings. Following Kenny's presentation for me at the last CFRG meeting, I have posted a widely-updated version of draft-hoffman-c2pq; you can find it at <https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-hoffman-c2pq/>. A bunch of people gave me substantial updates to the last draft, and I think the draft is solidifying. The draft still needs a lot of input from the crypto community (particularly the algorithm folks) about which recent papers say what about circuits that implement Shor's and Grover's algorithms against current algorithms. Even if you're not one of those folks, but you know someone who is, please pass a copy of the draft to them and ask them to contribute either here in CFRG or directly to me. --Paul Hoffman
