Hey all --

As discussed today at the interim, there are two drafts in the AVTExt working group defining RTP header extensions for audio levels, and a draft in AVTCore (motivated by these drafts) describing how to encrypt RTP header extensions.

These probably aren't sufficient to describe the VAD we need for segment switching (and related issues) in CLUE, but they'll likely be part of it, and anyway I think they're an important starting point.

The drafts are:

draft-ietf-avtext-client-to-mixer-audio-level (overall audio level of a stream)
draft-ietf-avtext-mixer-to-client-audio-level (audio levels of the contributing sources that were mixed into a stream)
draft-ietf-avtcore-srtp-encrypted-header-ext (encryption of header extensions).

The first two are in (or have completed?) IETF Last Call; the third should hopefully be going to WGLC as soon as I get an updated version out.
