I reviewed the document, the changes from -07 to -08 are ok with me.

I sent a separate email for the topic "Updated clarification for rtp-mapping
ClientID". I think this discussion about my proposed clarification still
needs to be resolved. I haven't heard from Roni or Jonathan yet about this
latest proposal.

There is a minor problem in the formatting of the packet format diagrams in
sections 5.1 and 5.2. The bit numbers don't line up right at the top of the
diagrams. And the vertical bars separating fields are off by a space or two.
