Lacking WebEx, I would love to join the Jabber session ... but have thus far been able to do so using iChat. Can someone provide some quick tips as to how I might do that?

While I'm at it, I could swear I heard someone say (on the audio feed) that one of the underlying requirements was for network delay to be less than 20ms. I hope not, because that would render any candidate codec all but useless for all but "local" calls.
