Hello,

Thank you Wanderson for another good demo presentation!

Here is the feedback I captured from today's call, we'll need to sync
up and figure out how best to address the concerns. Then we should go
back to Ben, Robert, and Stephen to get feedback on our plan to
address the concerns.

Rough notes on suggestions for estimates
- feedback from development community once it is in use
- way to assess if someone's estimates are good over time
- way to include confidence in estimate
- include coding ability in estimate

- include warning that estimates may not be correct
- include confidence rating for estimate
- scoring system for accuracy of estimates
- text field for other ways to estimate level of effort
- advise coders to do their own estimates as well when in doubt and/or
reach out to the mentor for confirmation
- understanding of the protocol and how well written the draft is
effects estimate
- Levels of estimates - wander son's idea
