Hi Priyanka,

You should instead use pgAdmin, accessible via
http://localhost:8000/pgadmin/

The SQLTools VSCode extension was removed recently in favor of the pgAdmin
web interface.
You can however still use the extension if you prefer and create a new
connection using the settings found in
https://github.com/ietf-tools/datatracker/blob/main/docker/configs/settings_postgresqldb.py

I'll update the documentation to reflect these changes.
