We should straighten that out, but at the moment it's a feature - even 
with the correct arch, selenium does not support the linux / aarch64 
combination. That's the error that Jim ran into.

With the linux64 version installed, geckodriver doesn't run at all and 
causes the selenium tests to be skipped. This isn't elegant, but is at 
least not failing tests.

Locally, with a fresh docker environment on a mac the tests are skipped 
without error. The `cleanall` script might not be reliable - try exiting 
your docker environment, then

docker compose down -v && docker compose pull && ./run

If that doesn't work, inside the container you could just `rm 
/usr/bin/geckodriver`
