Hi Jim,

What do you get when you run `docker-compose ps` from datatracker dir?

There are a couple of scripts that may help you:
* `cd docker; ./cleanall` - stops and removes all datatracker
containers, so you can run `cd docker; ./run` again.
* `cd docker; ./cleandb` - stops the running datatracker containers
and removes the current database and pulls a fresh copy.
