It is with great pleasure to welcome you to the 27th Conference on
Innovation in Clouds, Internet and Networks, The ICIN 2024 conference,
which is a flagship event of the Telecoms research community, will be held
on March 11 - 14, 2024 in Paris, France, one of the most cosmopolitan
capitals in the world.

For the 2024 edition, ICIN will host an international forum where industry,
academia, and standard development organizations will convene to discuss
about the emergence and future developments of

“Intelligent network service management across the compute continuum”

The network and computer arena has recently expanded not only in number and
in type of players but also in technologies, domains, terminals and
services. This expansion seeks for intelligent and efficient control,
orchestration, and management platforms able to support all the challenging
requirements such as dynamicity, diversity, efficiency, sovereignty,
sustainability, security, reliability and openness in a timely manner and
with limited operator interventions. Solutions such as AI-based or digital
twin may contribute to the solution.

The conference will foster discussion about new ideas and approaches for
AI/ML-assisted service orchestration, as well as enabling technologies and
mechanisms to respond to emerging pervasive data-driven networking and
processing, immersive connectivity, security and sustainability.

ICIN 2024 will accommodate an attractive technical program that features:
