************************************************************************** * CALL FOR DEMOS & POSTERS PAPERS * * * * 12th IEEE International Conference on Network Softwarization * * (NetSoft 2026) * * * * 29 June - 3 July 2026 // Berlin, Germany * * * * https://netsoft2026.ieee-netsoft.org/ * ************************************************************************** IEEE NetSoft 2026, the International Conference on Network Softwarization, invites submission of technical demonstration & poster papers that exhibit innovative and original research. Network Softwarization refers to the transition of traditional network infrastructure and functionalities provided via hardware appliances deve- loped by equipment and service vendors, to new ones that have been propel- led over the recent years by the maturity of widespread technologies such as network function virtualization, software-defined networking, and ser- vice function chaining. In particular, the ability to program, manage, and operate network and service infrastructures more freely makes it possible to reinvent network & cloud architectures, customize services, accelerate service deployment, and facilitate greater operational efficiencies with guarantees. NetSoft 2026 will highlight the theme “Autonomous and Reliable Softwarized Networks in the Age of Distributed Intelligence”, covering topics provided at: https://netsoft2026.ieee-netsoft.org/topics-interest-0. ***DEMO PAPER SUBMISSION*** Prospective contributors are invited to submit a demo proposal in the form of a 3-page paper, including a demo system illustration. All submissions must be written in English and use the standard IEEE two-column conference template. Besides the technical approach and methodology, the proposal has to describe what the NetSoft audience will experience during the demo pre- sentation. The proposal should provide the demo background and further focus on the demo settings and the application, possibly with visual out- comes to illustrate the scope of the demo. Demonstration proposals must be electronically submitted as PDF files via EDAS by selecting the Demo Paper Track option. The proposal may be complemented with additional documents like PowerPoint slides that clarify the demonstration, and the list of technical require- ments for the demonstration (power outlet, space, etc.). These documents must be uploaded directly in EDAS in the “Additional Demo Material” field with a ZIP or a PDF file. Submission link: https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=34542&track=134225 The demo proposals will be reviewed and eventually approved based on the following criteria: * Adherence to the NetSoft scope * Significance and merit of the research contribution * Potential impact on the research and engineering field and beyond * Quality and detail of the proposed implementation * Presentation quality Accepted demo papers will be included in the NetSoft 2026 Proceedings. A best demo will be selected based on the above criteria and announced at the end of the conference with the NetSoft 2026 Best Demo Award. At least one author of each accepted demo proposal must register for the NetSoft 2026 main conference and present the demo at the scheduled demo session(s). ***POSTER PAPER SUBMISSION*** Prospective authors are expected to submit high-quality original extended abstracts (max 3 pages, including references) for poster presentation at the conference and publication in the IEEE NetSoft 2026 Proceedings. All submissions should be written in English and must use the standard IEEE two-column conference template. Extended abstracts should include author names and affiliations after the title, as provided in the IEEE template and, when accepted, they will be included in the proceedings and presented as poster presentations during the conference. Poster Papers must be electronically submitted as PDF files via EDAS by selecting the Poster Paper Track option. Submission link: https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=34542&track=134227 Accepted poster papers will be included in the NetSoft 2026 Proceedings. ***QUESTIONS*** Should you have any question, feel free to contact the Demo & Poster Co- Chairs: * Sándor Laki, lakis@inf.elte.hu * Danny Lachos, dlachos@benocs.com. Important: NetSoft 2026 is enforcing a strict publication and no-show policy as stated by IEEE. By submitting a contribution, you agree with the terms of the publication nd no-show policy. ***IMPORTANT DATES*** * Paper Submission Deadline: April 6, 2026 * Notification of Acceptance: April 27, 2026 * Camera Ready: May 4, 2026 ***CONFERENCE WEBSITE*** https://netsoft2026.ieee-netsoft.org/ ***DEMOS AND POSTERS CO-CHAIRS*** * Sándor Laki, Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary * Danny Lachos, BENOCS, Germany ***GENERAL CO-CHAIRS*** * Prosper Chemouil, Cnam, France * Stefan Schmid, Technical University of Berlin, Germany
