[core] CoRE WG Virtual Interim 2023-12-06, if something pressing comes up

This is a somewhat unusual variant of the usual reminder that we have a virtual interim meeting scheduled on Wednesday, December 06, at 15:00-16:30 UTC.

** This particular date was scheduled to cover the case that a pressing need emerges for a synchronous discussion meeting before the year ends. ***  

The chairs are not currently aware of such a pressing need (and we do have a mailing list if the discussion does not need to be synchronous), so the expectation is that we will cancel this particular time slot.

If you do see a need for discussion, please go to the notes [3] and add topics you would like to discuss to the agenda; if there are no agenda items by 18:00 UTC on Tuesday, the meeting will be cancelled as expected.

The next virtual interim meeting is scheduled for 2024-01-17 (Week 3 in 2024, 15:00-16:30 UTC), and we will continue meeting on the odd weeks at least until IETF 119 (Brisbane).
