Dear core WG members,

We've just submitted revised draft of core-parameter option.

Updates:

- Some clarification on why CoAP need this.
  - in short, an URI/resource may have multiple representations.
  - HTTP does server-side content negotiation to find a good representation
on a resource. CoAP should have a way to simulate it.
- Added some use cases.
- Removed CT-Parameter, because it is not strictly required for server-side
  content negotiation.
- Removed index (idx) from Accept-CT-Parameter, because Accept header is
  not-repeatable.

Comments are welcome. I'll be in Berlin and I'm happy if I can have a
chance to discuss on it (sorry for late submission).

Regards,

Yusuke

Abstract:
Content-Types may have 'parameter' to make fine-grained description
of contents. The CoAP Accept Content-Type Parameter Option (Accept-
CT-Parameter Option) is CoAP options to add a parameter to a content
type specified in CoAP Accept Options.
