Here is my usual eclectic condensed agenda based on the FINAL AGENDA
for IETF119.  Remember that there is still potential for changes.

CFRG vs. COSE still is a bit suboptimal for the crypto expertise that
might be present in the COSE room.  WITAREA is now on LAKE.
CBOR got moved to Friday and has 90 minutes; good.

All times are in UTC; the physical meeting will be on AEST == +1000.
The times listed as 2230 and 2330 (local 0830 and 0930) are the
previous day in UTC!
Note that we get a full three weeks of confusion this time; US/CA goes
to DST before IETF119 at 2024-03-10, while EU goes to DST only after
IETF on on 2024-03-31 (Easter Sunday).
Brisbane does not use DST.
