In case you wonder: These were the last edits based on IESG comments (which I didn’t submit because I was waiting for possible additional edits coming from the DISCUSS to clear), plus two more secondary units that had been requested in the meantime.

I made the mistake of submitting the (RFCXMLv3) XML only, so the formatted text looks different in a few places because of the v3 processing rules.  Sorry about that.  I’m sure the RFC editor will fix this.
