This is essentially a resubmission of the draft that had been expired for a while, plus some text about Errata 5078 (multiple instance of ct= attribute).

The repository has been slightly renewed and modernized to allow CI, but is in the same place:
https://github.com/core-wg/corrclar

If we have time, we might discuss the further trajectory of this document at the Friday non-WG-meeting side meeting [1], e.g., is this fine continuing as an individual’s submission or should this be adopted by the WG, what about the about 27 issues in the repo (many of which will trigger new sections in the document), etc.
