link-format passed WGLC a while ago and has had its last nits resolved on January 30. I have today submitted link-format for publication as a Proposed Standard to the IESG. Please observe (pun intended) http://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-core-link-format/history/ if you are interested in the process. (I'm afraid we don't have feed links on these pages yet.) This could become our first RFC, with more soon to follow.
